What’s a valid GPMP/EPC/CDM?
A GPMP (General Practitioner Management Plan) previously known as an EPC (Enhanced Primary Care) or CDM (Chronic Disease Management) Plan is a Medicare rebate system to help refund part of the cost of attending a private allied health service. It covers a total of five (5) services per patient per calendar year and must be referred to by a General Practitioner to our podiatrist(s) at Step To Stride Podiatry to be valid.
